The competing reseller must be authorized by the manufacturer to sell their product, have it in stock, and the company name must be verified. Holbren will price match drop ship items if we have to drop ship as well and that would only be some models of Byrd heads. Authorized resellers do not include Ebay sellers or other online sales websites where the name may be different than the company name and unverifiable. 

Price match guarantees are for the cost of the item and any applicable shipping a competitor may charge and include any sales, promotions or free shipping specials from competitors.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee and the item can be returned for a full refund less shipping charges paid by the customer. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and credit will be applied when the item is received.

The only exclusion to this offer is items sold under the Byrd brand name, under most circumstances we must pass along a 25% restocking fee that we are charged.
