30 DAY GUARANTEE

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You can return the item for a full refund, excluding the original shipping charges, which are the customer's responsibility. Return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer, and a refund will be issued once the item has been received.

The only exception to our generous return policy applies to certain Byrd cutter heads. For models we stock or can easily resell, we’re happy to accept returns at no cost other than the return shipping. However, for less common or non-stocked models that must be returned directly to Byrd, a 25% restocking fee will apply, as this is the fee charged to us by Byrd.
