Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee and the item can be returned for a full refund less shipping charges paid by the customer. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and credit will be applied when the item is received. The only exclusion to this offer is items sold under the Byrd brand name, we must pass along a 25% restocking fee that we are charged.

If any item was ordered in error or is to be returned past the 30 day guarantee, we will issue a full refund, less shipping charges, for any uponed item with the exception of products bearing the Byrd brand name. All Byrd products will be subject to a 25% restocking fee being that is what the factory charges us. If shipping on an order was free and the item being returned reduces the order total enough to disqualify the free shipping, our actual shipping charges will be applied and the credit adjusted accordingly. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the applicable laws, warranty and repalacement policy of the manufacturer of the product in question.
