30 Day Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee and the item can be returned for a full refund less shipping charges paid by the customer. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and credit will be applied when the item is received. The only exclusion to this offer is items sold under the Byrd brand name, under most circumstances we must pass along a 25% restocking fee that we are charged.
